Im also starting my own business and Im 3 months in. I havent quit my job yet, but its coming to an end by itself in 3 months, this really made me take the step to start working on my business much more than I did before when I had the job certainty.
I recognize your feeling of not being satisfied with the results. As you say some days I get lazy or not have the motivation, its also not easy to do a work and start a company. But Im happy that I have started, I have made a lot of progress, maybe not as much as Id want to, but I find the most important for me is to break bad habits and become a little bit more productive over time, I quit some distractions like social media for example. Process goals are more important than result goals.
