Hey Everyone👋! Happy New Year! How were your holidays? Last year, I kicked off the new year with A New Year Gift. If you have missed it, it is a puzzle game I made using the design app Figma:
It came from a fun activity I did for myself during the holidays. I was flipping through Tiktok and found this video about solving puzzles. I paused the video, cut out the puzzle pieces with paper, and tried to solve them. Before I knew it, I ended up making a few puzzles into a printable kit in Figma. I shared the Fuzzle Puzzles as a new year gift for 2022.
This year, we decided to make it a tradition at Typogram to create a new year’s gift for our audiences personally every year. I used to make new year’s resolutions every year, but in recent years I had to stop because I wasn’t tracking my progress actively, and they often fell off my radar as soon as February arrived. My cofounder Hua is more serious about setting up goals for the new year and following through, and she made a wonderful tool for this!
